Let's face it, it's a busy world. We all have the best intentions of completing every task we've taken on, but sometimes it can feel like we're driving a snow plow and the tasks are piling up higher every day. As an attorney with 30 years experience, I have litigated every type and size of case from a half-day custody hearing to an eight-day personal injury trial. I have developed the skills that can assist you in completing your own litigation preparation in a timely and thorough manner.
The tasks I can complete are as varied as the tasks you face, but the most commonly requested assistance is in deposition attendance when your own personal attendance is not critical, examination and cross examination preparation, deposition indexing, and file organization.
My special skills are in conducting legal research in a thorough and legally sound manner and issues involving psychological testimony. I have recently written an extensive brief on the issue of the interaction of the new HIPAA rules regarding subpoenas, the recently adopted Rule of Civil Procedure regarding subpoenas, and the privilege set forth in the Colorado Revised Statutes (13-90-107 C.R.S.)
I am extremely familiar with psychology and the ways psychological testimony can be used in a variety of cases. I can dissect a psychological evaluation and the underlying testing for you, and prepare and/or conduct psychological examination or cross-examination. This can be an affordable alternative to a second parenting time evaluation when funds are limited.
You needn't worry about conflicts or confidentiality, as a licensed attorney I am still bound by the Rules of Professional Conduct. My fees for litigation support are negotiable, but generally run $100.00 per hour.
